Upon completion of this program, you’ll acquire hands-on skills necessary to support end users and collaborate efficiently within IT, ERP, and CRM systems. The program includes tools such as PC hardware, SAP, and Salesforce.
Our diploma provides the essential skills for becoming a successful PC Support Technician. You’ll gain a deep understanding of computer systems, operating systems, networking, hardware, software, and personal computers, which are vital for careers in technical support or as a support specialist.
You’ll also learn to identify, configure, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues for users on both Microsoft Windows and Linux operating systems.
The student has an Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent OR is 18 years of age or older on or before the program begins AND can pass a qualifying test (Wonderlic – 19) that has been approved by the Superintendent.
